Commission Payment
Payment for commissioned artwork can be made in a number of instalments at the following points during the commission process:
1) Payment for each "round" of the design phase at the start of the round
2) 1/3 of the final agreed-upon price of the commission at the beginning of the rendering process (after design work has been paid for and final design approved)
3) 1/3 of the final agreed-upon price of the commission half way through the rendering process
4) Final 1/3 of the agreed-upon price upon the completion of the commission
5) Postage/transportation costs prior to dispatch (this can also be included with the final 1/3 payment from point 4 above)
6) Installation/Hanging Costs (if required) at the time of installation
7) Discretionary Service Charge/Gratuity after final commission has been received/installed
